The Part-Time Job Fair connects students with IU Indianapolis departments and Indianapolis employers recruiting for part-time positions for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Prepare for the fair
Research the companies and employers that you would like to work for.
Check to make sure your resume is updated, polished, and clean.
Make sure you dress to impress by wearing business professional attire, as well as limiting the number of accessories.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Prepare questions in advance that you may have for the employer.
It is easy to become stressed or anxious when talking to someone new, but employers just want to get to know you and your interest in the position. Make sure to take care of yourself and get plenty of sleep the night before the event!
After the fair
