Appointments, Drop-ins, & Document Reviews
IU Indianapolis undergraduate students can schedule 30-minute in-person or virtual appointments for in-depth career support, including job searches, resumes, and cover letters (same-day appointments are not available). You can also submit your resume or cover letter online for review or explore our resume and cover letter resources. For quick questions about resumes, cover letters, work-study, or Handshake, 15-minute in-person appointments are available during weekly drop-in hours: Tuesdays 10:30 a.m.–12 p.m., Wednesdays 10 a.m.–12 p.m., and Thursdays 10:30 a.m.–12 p.m.

Hire Attire
Are you in need of enhanced work appropriate clothing? IU Indianapolis students can select and take home work attire appropriate for interviews, presentations, or daily work at an internship or employment experience—for free! Two visits are allowed per student, per semester.
Headshots
Our office offers IU Indianapolis students the opportunity to use our headshot station for photographs. Your headshots are sent to you immediately after they are taken!
Headshots drop-in sessions will begin Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
